Handi-Clean Dual Stripper Non-Ammoniated Floor Stripper, 1 Gal (Case of 4) - F8540
Dual Stripper is a heavily concentrated alkaline detergent specially formulated with a dual purpose to strip and/or emulsify old wax and polymer finish build-up on resilient and concrete floors.
Within 3-5 minutes, Dual Stripper emulsifies old wax and finish for easy pick up with a mop and wringer or with a wet/dry vacuum system. Being highly concentrated, this product should not come in contact with finished or painted surfaces because it will dull them and in many cases it will strip them.

Use 1 part Dual to 16 parts water (8 ounces per gallon) for stripping regular floor finishes. For areas where high-speed floor machines have been used it may be necessary to use 1 part Dual to 6 parts water. You may use hot or cold, hard or soft water. Apply dilution liberally to the floor; agitate well with a floor machine equipped with a stripping pad. Pickup with (1) a wet/vac equipped with a squeegee or (2) using a mop and wringer.
For best results use Handi-Clean Speed Go Floor conditioner before applying sealer or finishes. If you choose not to use Speed Go be sure floor is rinsed perfectly clean before applying sealers or finishes.
AUTOMATIC SCRUBBERS – Use 1 part Dual to 10 parts water.
METHOD 2
WET-VAC/MOP FLOOR SYSTEM EXTRA HEAVY BUILDUPS – 1 part Dual to 1 part water
MEDIUM TO HEAVY BUILDUPS – 1 part Dual to 2 parts water.
LIGHT BUILDUPS – 1 part Dual 4 parts water.
Apply Dual Stripper to floor liberally. Allow to stand 5 minutes keeping entire floor area wet. Pick up the liquefied finish with a Wet/Vac equipped with a squeegee or with a wet mop and wringer. Work large floors in sections always keeping the entire floor wet as you move from section to section. Repeat until the entire floor is stripped and all old finish is picked up. Rinse floor thoroughly before re-applying sealer and/or finish.
